Appointments start at $150, which includes the non-refundable booking fee and one notarized signature. Additional signatures are $15 each.
Additional fees may apply for travel, after-hours appointments, witness services, or other requested accommodations.

A non-refundable booking fee of $150 is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your final loan signing fee. Additional fees may apply for extended travel, large document packages, printing, scan-backs, after-hours appointments, or other requested accommodations. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to your appointment.

Pressed Seal is a Legal Document Assistant (LDA) registered in San Bernardino County and provides professional legal document preparation services for self-represented individuals.
A 60-minute phone consultation is required before document preparation begins. The $75 consultation fee is due at booking and will be credited toward your document preparation fees if you retain our services. Additional fees may apply depending on the services requested.
